The inductive sensor is built in a 40 mm rectangular housing, IP68 rated and designed for mounting without tools. One "click" is enough to insert or remove the QV40 from the retainer. The innovative housing design also enables the rotation of the active face in 5 directions without using any tools. Despite this flexibility the robust QV40 remains firm in its work position. Especially for conveyor technology applications which are characterised by a high sensor density, the new magnetic-field resistant uprox+ QV40 guarantees considerable time and cost savings with respect to mounting and maintenance. Long term planning and storage of different sensor types and mounting accessories is no longer necessary because each sensor is individually alignable.
