These devices incorporate the sensor and the signal processor in one compact housing. The adjustable signal processor monitors rotation over- and underspeed in a range of 0…3000 rev/min by means of periodic attenuation of the sensor and a metal target attached to the shaft or by direct detection of the gear teeth.
