TURCK offers sensors in fully pressure and seawater resistant housings for subsea applications. They are ideally suited for continuous use under water. Sensors built in M18 threaded barrels made of plastic are even suited for offshore applications up to depths of 500 m. Turck also offers SG40/2 housings into which CP40 sensors can be mounted and completely encapsulated. These sensors feature a large sensing range, are IP68 rated and can be applied in (fresh) water up to a depth of 50 m. Typical applications are locks, weirs and offshore areas.
