In order to save the user the trouble of having to handle individual device approvals for the combined components, TURCK has applied for and obtained a system approval for the stainless steel housing with the integrated module rack. The I/O fieldbus system consists of a stainless steel housing with ignition protection type Exe in which the module rack is built. All components used have been tested and approved according to individual test certificates. Installation and assembly are carried out by the manufacturer in order to ensure that the required distances as well as clearances and creepages are fulfilled.
