The compact fieldbus I/O modules of the series FDNL are designed to interface up to 16 digital I/Os to the higher DeviceNet network. Depending on the type, each I/O module features a channel or module related function for wire-break and short-circuit monitoring. The module electronics as well as the I/Os are supplied via DeviceNet.
