Up to 120 piconet^® extension modules can be connected to a coupling module.

 

The length of the fibre-optic IP-Link cable may not exceed 15 m. The plastic fiber-optics ( POF) are easily and quickly assembled on site with the new IP67 connectors. Pre-assembled fiber-optics are also available.

 

The modules are designed for connection of digital and analog signals, temperature sensors, RS232/485 devices and SSI monitors. Independent of the applied fieldbus type, they are available as 1, 4 or 8 channel version.
